- THE LUXURY AIRCRAFT FLEET
Seven Gulfstream Aircraft, (1) G650 - (1) G550 - (1) G500 - (1) G450 - (1) G350 - (1) G200 - (1) G150 will be provided to Martin America. These aircraft will be owned by the Martin America Office Condominium Owners Association and be available to all owners/members at cost. - THE EXECUTIVE HELICOPTER FLEET
The Martin America helicopter fleet will consist of three Sikorsky S-76 C++ executive helicopters, owned by the Office Condominium Owners Association and be available to all owners/members at cost. The S-76C++ features a deluxe cabin designed to transport executives in comfort and safety, and its speed, range and reliability make it the world's premier VIP helicopter.

- PERSONAL RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEM
The Campus ULTra Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) System operates on over (4) miles of guideway. The system will be used by Martin America for persons with disabilities, visitors, VIP's, Martin Center, The Residences and Grand Plaza. - THE MARTIN GRAND PLAZA
The Martin Grand Plaza is 2,250' W X 300' D and covers 675M SF (16 Acres). The Plaza houses retail, boutiques, medical and testing facilities, restaurants, entertainment, personal care, drug store... The Grand Plaza also houses (50) residential condominiums, (9) elegant lobbies serving the towers and all parking. The plaza will be owned by the Residences Association.

- AIRCRAFT AND HELICOPTER HANGARS
The Campus has (12) hangars, (10) of which house the $250M (7) Gulfstream Aircraft and (3) Sikorsky Helicopter Fleet. (2) hangars are reserved for temporary housing for visiting or condominium owned aircraft. The hangars are separated in two clusters, (6) each, one cluster on the west airport side of The Campus and the other on the East. Each hangar measures 120'W X 120'D X 35' H.

Martin Aviation Group has selected GE Energy to design and provide all power needs of The Campus. The Label is the work of Clifton Wilson and a Martin Interest. Clifton was voted one of the five best dressed men in America by Esquire Magazine and heads Martin's "The Label".
