- Seven Gulfstream Executive Jets
Seven Gulfstream aircraft will grace the Campus. Named Sanctuary I - VII these luxurious business jets will transport you across the state, the country or the globe in comfort, class and style. One G550, two G450's and four G200's. The MAG copters & jets, owned by the condominium owner's association are available to all owners at cost.

- Martin Flight Center Hangars
The Flight Center boasts ten large aircraft hangars, all owned by the condominium owner's association. The dimensions of each hangar are 105' wide by 100' deep and 35' high. The hangars have a door opening width of 100' and a door height of 30', the hangars will be used exclusively our aviation department for The Campus aircraft fleet.

- Light Rail On The Campus
The Campus condominium office area is nearly a half mile from the confines of the parking area. Two dedicated rail lines and four trams, each with multiple passenger cars, will quickly, quietly and efficiently link both ends of the Golden Mile as well as connect the Campus with the parking area. This will maintain the tranquility of The Golden Mile.

- Specialized Vehicles
Specialized vehicles will be utilized by campus personnel to keep The Campus clean, safe and secure. This list is not inclusive: ambulance, fire and rescue apparatus, Campus Cruisers, security carts, Segways, street sweepers, aerial lifts, waste removal carts, lawn care and landscaping equipment, snowplow, utility trucks and powered scooters.

Take ten thousand covered and assigned parking spaces, each with direct rail service to your office, add the convenience aspects of The Campus and you are left with a well thought out plan. The Martin Grand Hotel is provided a separate and dedicated parking structure on The main Campus. Parking is owned by the condominium owner's association.

- Maintenance And Campus Upkeep
The function of maintaining buildings, equipment and vehicles as well as cleaning and waste removal requires hundreds of dedicated people and continues twenty-four hours per day. Some components of campus maintenance are never seen, while others, such as glass cleaning, are highly visible. Individual office units are maintained by staff.

- The Campus Emergency Response
Emergency vehicles will be crewed and on standby for medical, fire and other emergencies. In a situation requiring immediate transportation to local hospitals, the Sikorsky helicopters can be converted to life-support duty. A secure environment, The Campus has been designed to affect a ninety second lockdown if emergency conditions warrant.

- The Campus Backup Power Plant
The Campus will have a standby power station preventing a grid failure from interrupting the global business of condo owners. Contrary to the norm, the size of the backup plant is sufficient to power the entire Campus. This facility is distanced from the Golden Mile and is set among twenty-five acres (10 acres) of greenspace, parks and water features.

Nestled near the middle of the Campus is a three level, sixty-thousand square foot food court. This area, including two outdoor, one overlooking the airport and Saint Louis skyline, the other in one of the Campus parks, provides dining to Campus occupants and supplements the cafeterias companies are likely to place in their respective buildings.

- The Campus Visitor Center
The Visitor Center, located at the extreme West end of The Campus, will provide information to guests and preserve security. The purpose for all visits will be logged. Great care has been given to balance ease of visitor access and Campus security. All Campus personnel are cross-trained in customer service and will be able to provide assistance.
